Evictions and Inheritances. Can One Heir Bring an Eviction Claim on Behalf of the Others?

Anyone who has dealt with an inheritance knows that getting every heir to agree can be, in some cases, the hardest part. One lives abroad. Another does not answer messages. A third would rather stay out of any dispute. Etc. Now add a house that someone else is using with no right to be there and the question becomes pressing: can the heirs who want to act do so without the others? Source
