France Confirms European Role at Abu Dhabi Talks
French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot has announced that France and European allies will participate in the upcoming US-mediated talks with Ukraine and Russia in Abu Dhabi on Nov. 10-11. Barrot affirmed that France will ensure Europe’s voice is heard following concerns over Donald Trump’s remarks predicting a grand European deal with Moscow.
