Village of Cumberland has returned to Stage 1 water Restrictions.

The Village of Cumberland has returned to Stage 1 water Restrictions. “Effective immediately, recent rainfall has replenished reservoir levels sufficiently to allow a return to Stage 1 Water Restrictions,” said a Cumberland news release on Oct. 29. The village also says that Stage 1 Restrictions could be lifted in the coming weeks if forecasted precipitation trends continue.
